The following applicants have been selected to join various degree programmes for 2018/2019 academic year which commences on the 29th October, 2018.
Prospective Students are advised to observe the following:
- All candidates selected to join BSc. Environmental Science and Management, Bachelor of Tourism Management, Bachelor of Rural Development, BSc. Agricultural Economics and Agribusiness, BSc. Applied Agricultural Extension, BSc. Range Management BSc. Informatics and all BSc. Education programs are supposed to report to Solomon Mahlangu Campus (SMC) – Mazimbu, whereas, students for other programs will report to the Main Campus (MC).
- All students are required to participate in a mandatory orientation programme planned to starts on 29th October, 2018
- Admitted students should download admission letters and invoice at www.suasis.sua.ac.tz through their SUASIS (SUA Student Information System) account. SUASIS can be accessed using the username and password provided to you during application.
- Each student Must upload a recent and high quality passport size photo on their web page before arrival for official use. This must be of the same quality as those used for passports or Identity cards.

This is to inform you that, we have received feedback from TCU following your applications in the second round window. Please visit our admission page at http://admission.mzumbe.ac.tz/and https://site.mzumbe.ac.tz/ to view the list of selected candidates. Please check the last column in the list in order to determine the status whether you have “Multiple selections” or you have just been selected by Mzumbe University only.
If you have multiple selections, please wait for confirmation code from TCU and log in into your admission account and enter the “confirmation code” correctly to confirm to Mzumbe University. The Dar es Salaam Institute of Technology (DIT) is located in the Dar es Salaam city centre, at the junction of Morogoro Road and Bibi Titi Mohamed Street. Historically, DIT was established in 1997 by the Act of Parliament, “the DIT Act No.6 of 1997” to replace the Dar es Salaam Technical College, which had a long history of technical training in Tanzania. This history dates back to 1957 when its predecessor; the Dar es Salaam Technical Institute was established with the main task of providing vocational training in the country. The Institute later expanded its scope to offer technical secondary school courses and training for Technical Assistants before it was upgraded in 1962 to become the Dar es Salaam Technical College (DTC); the first formal technical training institution in the country.

Shekhar ni meneja katika kampuni ya Synarge Group. Hii ni kampuni inayohusika na bidhaa za magari. Kampuni hii pia inahusika na utengenezaji wa madini ya risasi. Licha ya kwamba kampuni hii ni mali ya familia, Shekhar anabainishwa kuwa miongoni mwa matajiri nchini kutokana na uongozi wake mzuri katika kampuni hiyo. Kampuni hii pia inahusika na usambazaji wa spea za magari nchini. Huwezi kuzungumzia Teknolojia hii ya magari bila kumzungumzia Shekhar. Awadh ni miongoni mwa watu wenye akili ya biashara. Amefanya uwekezaji katika sekta za mafuta na gesi, ni muwekezaji muhimu sana katika sekta hizi. Alifanya kazi kwa juhudi sana ili apewe kibali na serikali na baadaye alifanikiwa katika hilo na sasa ana kampuni yake ya Lake Oil Group inayohusika na kuingiza pamoja na kusambaza mafuta ya petroli na gesi nchini. Mengi ni mmiliki na mkuu wa kampuni kubwa ya habari nchini IPP Media Group. Kampuni hii ina jumla ya vituo vya redio 11, vituo vya televisheni, magazeti na huduma za mtandao (Internet). Mengi pia ni mmiliki wa kampuni ya Kilimanjaro Spring Water na Bonite Bottlers. Ndoto yake na mapenzi katika tasnia ya habari vimemfanya kutimiza malengo yake ya kutangaza na kufikisha habari kwa Watanzania. Anamiliki utajiri unaokadiriwa kuwa dola milioni 560.
3. SAID SALIM BAKHRESA
Bakhresa aliacha masomo ya shule ya sekondari akiwa na umri wa miaka 14. Kwa kipindi hicho alikua akifanya biashara ya kuuza viazi na akafungua mgahawa wa kuuza chakula na kisha akafungua mashine ya kusaga nafaka. Alizaliwa huko Windsor, Ontario, Canada akiwa ni mmoja kati ya mabinti 3 wa Clarence na Sharon (Morison) Edwards. Yeye ndiye mkubwa. Alipokua na miaka 6 mama yake aliolewa tena na Jerry Twain ambaye alimchukua kama mwanaye. Alianza kuimba katika vilabu vya pombe na alipokua na miaka 13 alionekana katika The Tommy Hunter Show. Alipokua na umri wa miaka 22 wazazi wake waliuawa katika ajali na hivyo akaacha sanaa muziki ili awalee wadogo zake Mark na Darryl pamoja na dada zake wawili aliozaliwa nao kwa baba yake na mama yake mzazi. KUOLEWA
Shania amewahi kufunga ndoa mbili ambapo ndoa ya kwanza alifunga na Robert John Lange Desemba 28, 1993 na ilidumu hadi Juni 9, 2010. Katika ndoa hii walifanikiwa kupata mtoto 1 kabla hawajaachana. Baadaye January 1, 2011 aliolewa na Frederic Nicolas Thiebaud ambaye yuko naye mpaka sasa. Hawajabahatika kupata mtoto.

Shania amewahi kushinda tuzo kadhaa na kutajwa katika nyingine:
Mwaka 1996 alitajwa katika tuzo za Grammy kama msanii bora chipukizi lakini hakufanikiwa kutwaa tuzo hiyo.
